Ferrero Rocher
Some very sweet projects.
The "Chocolate Bar" Bar
For summer sampling, Ferrero Rocher was looking for a unique way to #CelebrateTheMoment with one of their lesser-known products: their chocolate bars.
In an effort to spread the word, we created a mobile “Chocolate Bar” with our bar-tenders handing out over 38,000 chocolate bar samples.
The entire van was wrapped to promote the bars, concealing the interiors until parked. The textured squares wrapped the van, along with ribbons of chocolate dotted with nuts over a Ferrero Gold backdrop. The bars, large and prominently placed, showed exactly what to look for on store shelves.
All interior elements were considered. A slatted partition, gold accents, sconce lighting, and plants all created a comfortable-but-elevated atmosphere. A double-sided hanging sign was created for both English and French markets, adding to the “bar” atmosphere. Two photo ops were planned: a chocolate bar step-and-repeat, and a gallery wall with a “chocolate bar” bench.
The activation was success, seeing engagement across social media platforms and increased exposure of Ferrero Rocher chocolate bars. At each stopped along the way, lineups wrapped around blocks of those looking to see what Ferrero was up to.
Over the course of the 3-week tour across the GTA, the campaign gained over 1.4M+ vehicle and 1.6M social impressions, along with over 36,000 social engagements.
